Have you seen the line up for the swine flu jab.

As I am one who believes in health and wellness, I thought I should comment on the frenzy that is happening to get the swine flu vaccination. People lining the streets and waiting for 8 hours or more after it opens to get the H1N1 virus vaccination. But how wide spread is this pandemic, and how safe is the vaccination. It is my belief that people should work on getting their own immune system working properly. A prominent doctor told me that more people actually die of the common cold that this flu virus but the problem is that it kills more healthy people.

Bear in mind that viruses mutate, and therefore the vaccination is based upon last year’s virus, how effective will it be on the new strain. Also if your immune system is low, getting even a small dose of this vaccination could cause more harm than good.

I personally would rather wait and see what the results are once all these people have been vaccinated and in the meantime work on keeping my own immune system at an optimum level
